Software Test Manager required to work for a UK based company who are world pioneers within healthcare sector. Fully Remote and initially around 6 months’ worth of transformation work. With fully remote and flexible working offered, my client needs a confident Test Manager / QA Manager with a wealth of processes and ownership of test strategy (and maturing of) experience. You will be tasked with… “Owning the test strategy, establish processes and a structured environment on both the manual and automated fronts.

This is not a technical test position but more about management of the process and implementation of the automation frameworks and managing the SDET environment.

The systems are distributed (and written in Python, SQL and BI) any exposure may be beneficial.

To start with this will be focused on one major project but then the same principles will be rolled out throughout on others alike.

This person will have been a tester who has naturally moved into technical test and people and process management, this will be an experienced test QA manager who has done all of the points mentioned above and managed projects and programmes around test.”

Initial statement of work is roughly 6 months, and this piece of work has been deemed outside of IR35. Rate on offer circa £325pd.
