I am working with a client in the public sector to find a Senior Service Designer to join their Business and Enterprise Applications Team on a permanent basis.

As a Senior Solutions Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective design, implementation, and transition of enterprise-sized applications. Responsibilities include procurement activities, translating requirements into design documents, workshop facilitation, project planning, risk management, test scenario design, implementation support, and post-go-live assistance.

You’ll collaborate within a tight-knit team of designers, adhering to process-driven methodologies aligned with ITIL standards. Experience with IT Service Management processes is desirable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum three years in IT solution design or related fields, with a proven track record in scoping, designing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong working relationships, mentor junior staff, and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction, adept at building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks efficiently, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
