• Assist in coordinating and participating in the preparation and cooking of various food items.
• Plan and build innovative menus.
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team.
• Lead cost controls and control expenditure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of related culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a management role.
• Experience in diverse food service operations such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare.
• In-depth knowledge of food and industry trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and presentation.
• Proficiency in setting up and distributing production sheets.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
• Preferred: ServSafe or Department of Health Certification.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts.
