These posts are ideal for those looking to enhance their leadership skills and broaden their clinical skills.We currently have a team of skilled nurses, healthcare assistants and a wider MDT who have patient care and Humber Trust values at the core of their practice.The skills you will need in order to maximise your potential in this role include the ability to practice autonomously as well as confidently leading others and providing quality clinical supervision to junior staff.You will be a valued part of our multi-disciplinary team, and have the skills to work with patients with complex and challenging needs to support them to achieve measurable and genuine outcomes that are life enhancing for them.The posts offer an excellent and exciting opportunity for personal and professional development in addition to clinical leadership expertise within a friendly and supported environment . You will be supported by the unit leadership team as well as the wider MDT and service senior leadership team.Main duties of the jobTo support the Unit Manager and Clinical Lead in providing clinical and professional leadership nurses and health care assistants within own area of responsibility.To support the Unit Manager/Clinical leads and other colleagues with the implementation of policy, protocol, service/practice development and change within own area of responsibility.To continue to demonstrate specialist clinical skills in practice and provide support/advice re service development and the delivery of care, in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers and other agencies.About usWe are an award winning and CQC rated good health and social care Trust delivering integrated services across Hull, East and North Yorkshire.
