Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Develop and code VBA MS Office based solutions for Wealth Management Operation Canada. Works with end users to gather specifications and pseudo code to produce useful electronic tools that aid in their end desktop tasks (including processing and reconciliation). Builds test cases and runs full end to end testing on the tools that are developed. Documents all items delivered from a user and from a support perspective. Responsible for both developing new and supporting existing solutions in support of WMCO.What will you do?

  • Write code to facilitate use of data from users – via GUI and or file transfer
  • Build tables, SQL Queries, reports in MS ACCESS and in MS Excel
  • Help in the planning and creation of plans for new end to end electronic tools.
  • Builds Test cases for various uses cases from management and end users.
  • Produces back office facing documentation and communications.

What do you need to succeed?Must Have

  • Demonstrable VBA Coding Experience
  • Effectively communication skills.
  • Collaborates well in small (2- 3 person) development team

Nice to Have

  • Ability to build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close (written and spoken).
