Parents and carers value the school’s family-centred feel’.An exciting opportunity has arisen to expand our SEN support in Early Years . The role will include leading 1:1 interventions and some small group interventions with children across the key stage. You will be proactive in planning experiences that support individual pupils to achieve their next milestones in development.We are looking to appoint a confident and experienced SEND teaching assistant who has experience of working with autistic children with complex communication and interaction needs. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the SENCO.We are looking for somebody who:-
- Has a passion for providing the best learning opportunity for every child, igniting curiosity and developing independence.
- Loves working with children and is committed to lifelong learning and self-improvement.
- Has had experience of delivering intervention groups and is confident to deliver speech and language programs.
- Is a team player and can manage their own timetable.
