The facility offers co-located CT scanning, on site x-ray, full diagnostic laboratory services, ambulatory care department, 30-bedded CDU ward and an Urgent Care Centre for primary care patients. - MBBS or equivalent
- Registered with the GMC
- MRCEM, FRCEM, MEM,PGDEM, DEM or equivalent EM qualification or 24 months formal clinical EM experience
Desirable
- ALS/ATLS/APLS or EPLS provider
- Higher degree
- Member of Medical Defence organisation

Experience / KnowledgeEssential
- Clinical experience in the relevant specialty (Emergency Medicine min 12 months)
- Experience of and commitment to medical audit.
- Current ATLS,APLS or/and ALS

- Experience of and commitment to teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical staff.
- Ultrasound skills
Skills and aptitudesEssential
- Ability to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care of patients
- Ability to cover on call.
- Demonstrable commitment to multidisciplinary team working
- Positive approach to lessons learnt
- IT Skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload, to delegate responsibility as appropriate and to supervise staff
