Rockfon is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager who has a track record for building a dynamic team. In this role you will work closely with the Specialty Services and Product Marketing Management to grow Specialty Sales Revenue.

Your future team:

You will be an integral part of our sales team, utilizing your creative vision to help build project win rates, sales leads, as well as metric alignment for the Rockfon team.

What you will be doing:

The Specialty Sales Manager is responsible for building the Specialty Sales organization through newly created, dedicated Regional Sales roles, and working closely with Specialty Services and Product Marketing Management to grow Specialty Sales Revenue. The position reports to the Sales VP.

What you bring:

  • Develops & Leads Specialty Training for Sales Team
  • Co-Ownership of the Specialty Business with Product Management & Specialty Services
  • Be the Primary Point of Contact for the Sales Team
  • Sets New Project Tracking Process and Creates Win Conversion KPIs.
  • Maintains Key Specialty Customer Relationships.
  • Assists Regional Sales Managers with Channel Partner Decisions on Projects
  • Manage yourself and the department in keeping with the Rock the Globe strategy, Rockwool Business Ethics, and current Rockwool Group values.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to research, analyze and document failures and inefficiencies in the supply chain to improve overall supply chain effectiveness.
  • Look at Market Trends to Provide Product Development Opportunities
  • Manage Key Projects to Improve Quote Won/Loss Percentage
  • Provide efficient and accurate data entry into business system.
  • 5 years’ experience working in Sales or a similar role.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experienced and highly skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • CRM Proficiency
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines in a fact paced environment.
  • Business or Accounting Degree
