Store: Specsavers York

Hours: Full time ( 40hrs) or Part time – 3 full days (weekend working is essential).

For our optical labs and Call Centre to run like clockwork, we need sound support behind the scenes – and that’s where you come in.

So, what does it take to be a successful Lab Admin Assistant in our Optical Lab and Call Centre? You’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of the lab administration, ordering stock, chasing jobs, sorting post and matching orders. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative and production service that will support the lab’s success.

We’re looking for someone to join our friendly team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, pro-active approach is key – a skilled organiser who’s flexible, loves being busy and understands the changing needs of the lab.
