Job SummaryJob DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The BPM team is undertaking multiple complex initiatives as part of Wealth Management Technical and Solutions ongoing plan to transform major Business Process systems from old technology to new Cloud based platform and taking over ownership of infrastructure support as part of new operational model. In this role you will be working with multiple IT partners to support Pega applications built on Cloud based platform, participate in transformation projects and processes by following Agile-like methodology and using DevOps pipeline. The role will coordinate, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished according on time.WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work with customer support team on issue trouble-shooting, tracing, analyzing, logging, and opening SR to Vendor or AppDev team when applicable, and implement the proposed resolution.
  • Perform system health check, monitoring, alerting, and corresponding action as required.
  • Analyze system monitoring dashboard (Dynatrace), logging system (ELK), and other tools to identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks.
  • Work with AppDev teams on releases by joining project update meetings, reviewing implementation plan, performing OAT and PROD deployment through secured channel (PAM) using CI/CD Pipeline, and participating in Post Implementation Verification when applicable.
  • Generate varieties of reports based on the requirement including but not limited to business data mining, issue / ticket tracking, and regulatory / compliance reports.
  • Participate in daily meetings in agile-like environment hosted by variety of teams including AppDev and Support for updates.
  • Establish healthy working relationships across variety of IT partners / units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners.
  • Contribute to ongoing administrative program activities as required.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:

  • Experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes and OpenShift 4.x preferable
  • Experience with monitoring tools and creating dashboards on ELK stack, Dynatrace
  • Experience with creating or managing CI/CD pipelines on Github, Jenkins, UCD, Artifactory, Aquascan, etc
  • Experience with SRE (Site reliability Engineering) Tools such as PagerDuty.
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with java based applications on Tomcat.
  • Experience with Pega platform knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work across IT partners and business.
