Job Description:Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance department. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, the qualified candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, auditing, budgeting and forecasting, process design, and internal controls. He/she will also support fundraising activities and perform business intelligence.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including month-end closing and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly related transactions and intercompany reconciliations
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, cash flow, and fundraising reports
- Manage audit processes
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with Finance and management
- Oversee administration of budgets and forecasts
- Design, document, and review finance processes and procedures
- Responsible for managing integrations and data quality processes
- Use Business Intelligence (BI) and financial analysis for data integration and visualization through dashboards
Requirements:Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- A minimum of five years of experience in full cycle accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting
- Proficiency in using an accounting system, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software
- Attention to detail and advanced analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent team player
