With our dedication to growth and excellence we offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and contribute to our continued success. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our fast-growing factory’s financial/costing processes and collaborate closely with cross functional teams to analyze financial/costing data.You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
- Manage absorption reporting, including cost analysis, forecasting and labor rate calculations.
- Annual cost update and analysis.
- SAP Analytics Cloud Stories (SAC / P&L and Balance module), Dashboard reporting to deep dive into factory costing, bookings and sales trends, margin analysis, etc. and MS Excel based reporting.
- Handles Ad hoc reporting for Controller, Plant Manager, and Continues Improvement Teams (CIP) and other local management teams.
- Open Orders / Production Order Cost Analysis.
- Support management reporting tasks (P&L reviews by providing overview on the factory financial performance.
- Work closely with the extended EP finance community and continuously enhance and improve reporting processes and any related finance processes.
- Support monthly forecast, quarterly closing, and annual budget.
- Identify opportunities to design new and/or refine existing analyses and processes to optimize productivity and accuracy.
- Execute processes to ensure plant meets and adheres to all the required internal control requirements in critical areas such as invoicing, payroll, inventory etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the plant including operations, business segment, performance controlling, other plants, procurement, accounting, IT, and others.
- Coordinate requests for RIC testing and external auditors.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 3 plus years of experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in SAP.
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes beyond finance.
- Skills in analytics / visualization tools (i.e. Alteryx, Knime, Tableau, Snowflake)
- Advanced communication skills to clearly present key issues and recommended actions

- The pay range for this position is $78,500 – $134,700. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
