Typically manages 2+ specialized departments comprised of management, professionals, and/or large numbers of operational support teams.What will you do?Serve as a single point of accountability for oversight and direct signoff on significant programs within Global Cyber SecurityEstablish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Sponsors, Stakeholders, RBC and subsidiary business and T&O partnersChampion strong program governance and execution assurance processesEnsure risk assessments are completed and that contingency plans are identified and executedPrepare program roadmap, project, and/or implementation plans to align with executive approvalManage overall program financials and track value for effective decision makingEstablishes and refines processes for the identification of program/project issues. Resolves complex issues and escalates to steering committee and manages resolution as requiredManage program scope using appropriate fact-based metrics/assumptions and defines KPI’s to report on benefit realization for tracking value and performance on business caseWhat do you need to succeed?Must Have:10 years + of demonstrated leadership abilityExtensive experience building and managing highly technical cross-enterprise programs/projects with multiple interfaces and third party vendorsProven experience driving, leading and successfully delivering high-profile initiatives with high level of value (benefit/cost), complexity and uncertaintyExpert level Influencing, Negotiating, Communication, Presentation and Facilitation skillsAdept knowledge and applied experience of Agile methodologies including establishing MVP’s, maintaining backlogs, building burndown charts, and managing the various ceremoniesProven experience of project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, iterative waterfall methodologies, project metrics, analysis, and status reportingNice To Have:PMPCSMCyber Security technology knowledgeWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
