CulinArt’s extremely diverse client portfolio affords great opportunities for career advancement within the company, across multiple industry segments and geographic regions.Join our Team: Senior Project ManagerBased at the United Nations in New York, the Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) position offers an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale, high-impact projects that will drive significant returns for the company. Reporting to the VP of Operational Excellence, you will oversee the complete project life cycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, senior executives, and external collaborators.Key Responsibilities:
- Define clear project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Collaborate with senior executives, sponsors, business owners, and field operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity at every stage.
- Effectively coordinate and manage change requests, ensuring that any adjustments to the original plan are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle, ensuring smooth project execution and minimal disruption.
- Monitor team dynamics and adjust project management methodologies as needed to optimize performance, foster collaboration, and drive project success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations to enhance project outcomes and team efficiency.
- Take on other duties and special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large, complex enterprise projects, especially those involving significant organizational change.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
- Ideal candidates will reside in the NY/NJ area.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills with a proven track record of handling diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and engage at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align project goals with long-term business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
