Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As a member of Insurance Technology Production Support, You will work with IT and business partners to effectively provide oversight of the Insurance Technology Supplier Oversight Team with Outsourcing arrangements with several IT VendorsWhat will do you do?

  • Adheres to IT Governance processes
  • Ensures Vendor IT follows established best practices for the efficient operation and provision of IT services.
  • Establishes SLAs for services, applications and interfaces provided as part of the Vendor engagements.
  • Monitors and reports on vendor progress regarding the delivery of contractual obligations. escalating as needed.
  • Work closely with internal IT Partners, Business and Vendors to manage technical upgrades.
  • Collaborate with Vendors to identify potential risk.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into operational performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audit readiness and transparency.
