Job SummaryJob DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?EUS: Provisioning Services provides enterprise support for user enablement across four major platform, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, NAS/Server Shares, and RACF. Supporting privileged access changes to User, System, and Security configuration changes we are essential in ensuring access entitlement changes while adhering to control requirements.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Use pre-defined procedures to submit and process requests for user access and permissions; ensure timely execution and closure of access requests.
- Investigate urgent issue escalations while ensuring a valid business reason and required approvals are provided.
- Participate in meetings with support partners for changes to process and procedures and manage the knowledge base updates accordingly.
- Assists with myMarketplace automation and enhancement for new or existing processes.
- Perform own job responsibilities with commitment to quality and customer satisfaction – doing what’s right, for the team, for the enterprise.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:
- Ability to work independently while maintaining assigned quota of task completion per day in accordance with set Service Level Agreements.
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, and time management capabilities.
- A strong understanding of technology based on a Microsoft Windows Architecture.
- The ability to adjust task processing in accordance with priority or escalated tasks while maintaining normal process operations.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Active Directory Administration Center
- Experience with Exchange Administration Center
- Experience with Microsoft PowerShell
- Experience with ServiceNow
