JUDY BEARD DAY UNITBand 5 Staff NurseWe are looking for two dynamic part time band 5 staff nurse with an interest in Haematology/Oncology nursing.We are a busy but friendly team delivering a variety of intravenous treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy and supportive treatments.Specialist training will be given to the successful candidates.You will, after training need to be able to prioritise care, deliver treatments and maintain high standards of nursing care whilst responding sensitively to the needs of this client group.Good communication skills and the ability to work with the wider MDT are essential. Ideally you will have some experience in venepuncture, cannulation, central lines and IV therapy. - Evidence of diploma level / degree level study
- Evidence of continued professional development in relevant subject

- ENB 998 or Level 3 Mentorship
- Safe administration of Systemic Anti Cancer treatment

- Knowledge of quality, audit and research
- Ability to manage a clinical case load

- Previous experience of working in a hospital setting
