Job Type: 4-month contract with high chances of extensionAs a Staffing Coordinator you will be responsible for providing operational support to clients and staffing advisors under the Manager’s direction. Coordinates staffing processes, responds to inquiries, and documents transactions.What you will do:– Coordination of staffing activities: scheduling of interviews, booking boardrooms, interacting with candidates, and hiring managers, logistical support for in-person and virtual (MS Teams) assessments, proctoring exams
– Monitoring and triage of shared inboxes
– Organization and maintenance of electronic staffing filesThe experience you have:– Experience providing administrative support in a human resources environment, providing information to managers and employees on administrative processes and procedures and responding to enquiries from the public
– Experience using a Human Resources Information Management System, MS Office suite, and MS Teams
– Attention to detail
– Communication within professional setting
– Interpersonal skills are required to clarify and inform managers of document processing requirements
– Ability to be efficient while working in high-paced environment and tight deadlines
– Adaptability to diverse working styles
– Analytical skills to evaluate client requests; to provide information on staffing processes, procedures and requirements; and implement policies; and prepare documentation needed for staffing purposes
– Must be fluently bilingual (English and French)
