Qualifications & Preferred Skills

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Development Studies, or a related field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in field coordination or project implementation within humanitarian or development programs.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in field of livelihood and economic generation projects. 

• Experience coordinating with government entities, local authorities, partners, and community stakeholders.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to supervise field teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to project locations.
