  • Research design: Translating research questions into robust yet practical data collection and analytic frameworks, performing complex power analyses, consulting peer-reviewed literatures to assess and operationalize analytic solutions, collaborating on drafting analysis and weighting plans and proposal sections.
  • Reporting and client deliverables: Working as part of interdisciplinary teams to interpret, stress-test, and cross-validate study findings, developing visualizations and insights, and communicating results to clients and stakeholders in verbal and written form.

  • Highly motivated, and capable of working within tight and shifting deadlines.
  • Self-directed, capable of working with minimal supervision with a high level of initiative.
  • Team-player and flexible thinker, with enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
