DOLCE&GABBANAOverviewAccording to the Stock Manager/Supervisor guidelines:
– is responsible for properly shipping, receiving product and supplies, process and distribute invoices on
time
– organize the stock and monitor the stock levels in order to support the activities of the Sale Staff
– meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution and maintain a clean working
environment
 If needed, execute the administration and back office dutiesResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities
 Provide support to the Sales Staff, ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor
and shortening the waiting time of the clients
 Supervise the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articles
 Follow daily placement of items for sale, in line with articles available in stock
 Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner
 Receive and verify all deliveries of product and non-commercial goods to the store, ensuring that it is in good
condition and corresponds the packing list
 Verify of correct uploading /downloading in START system
 Ensure replenishment in the stock room and on the shop floor (the latter in conjunction with the Sales Staff)
is done hourly and accurately
 Organize the product in the stockroom in accordance with company’s guidelines
 Keep the stockroom in order and clean
 Keep all goods in their corresponding packaging and covered by plastic covers according to Corporate
guidelines
 Inform his/her Stock Manager/Supervisor on a regular basis about space available for new deliveries
 Organize and manage return of merchandise at the end of the season
 Verify damaged merchandise
 Verify returned merchandise in conjunction with the Stock Manager/Supervisor
 Organize non-commercial goods in the stockroom and make sure that security tags are attached to the
merchandise
 Carry out physical stock checks on a periodic basis
 Conduct full physical stock takes on a periodic basis, recording the results in accordance with the company’s
procedures
 Compare physical inventory counts against START data, identifying and reconciling eventual discrepancies in
the stock levels
 Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner and in accordance to the DG
guidelines
 Participate to the store inventories
 Plan and undertake inventory operations and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss prevention and unknown
mark-downs
 Monitor negative items inside the system and give the support to solve the problem about the wrong
movements
 Manage organization of stock in accordance with DG directives and procedures
 Check Quality Control, sorting and space optimization when requested
 Support the store management in the execution of the administrative and back office store duties
 Uphold grooming and styling standards
