As part of Global Operations team you will contribute to a center-of-excellence to help drive operating efficiencies and improve future scalability.What will you do?Settlement of US Fixed Income ProductsHandle all trade exceptions on a timely basisTake ownership of inquiries, deliver on commitments, and ask for support as neededSupport customer inquiriesEnsure compliance of all department procedures and policiesEnsure a professional work ethic across all business linesResolve conflicts/issues and escalates to management as appropriateWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have:Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointPost-secondary degree, preferable in a business related fieldExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a time-sensitive environmentWorking on Canadian statutory holidays is required.
