Do you have previous Stores / Warehousing experience, and are you seeking a new job in Smethwick? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Stores Person, the contract role comes with an attractive salary of just under £24,000 per annum which will be reviewed ahead of the living wage increase in April.

As a Stores Person, you will be responsible for checking and distributing all deliveries received to the relevant internal departments.

Here are some of the duties you would been carrying out daily:

• Pick “Parts” and allocate jobs onto the In-House System
• Check and forward paperwork for all products received to the Technical Manager, once processed product is then forwarded to the warranty section to progress
• Match paperwork with the Part Number and forward the relevant section.

To apply for this Stores Person role, you will need previous experience within a similar role, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also require the following:

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel) or willing to work towards this
• Knowledge of QHSE legislation.
