Strategic Commissioning Officer (Children’s Services) – Temporary (3-6 months)Hybrid | Torbay
£23.69 per hour

We’re looking for a Strategic Commissioning Officer to join our Client’s Children’s Services Commissioning Team and help drive innovative, system-wide solutions that improve outcomes for the next generation.Why this role?As a key part of the Children’s Services Commissioning Team, you will:
? Develop and deliver commissioning strategies that transform services.
? Champion collaboration with key partners including Public Health, NHS, Adult Social Care, and local authorities.
? Lead on key commissioning projects that ensure children and young people receive the best possible care and support.
? Drive innovation by researching and implementing best-practice models in commissioning and service delivery.
? Ensure quality and impact by developing robust outcome frameworks and monitoring performance.What you’ll bringExperience in commissioning within Children’s Services or a related field.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across sectors, ensuring efficient, evidence-based service delivery.
