Who you are: The Intern to the Strategy team will be involved in research and analysis, portfolio planning, coordinating new program development projects and program performance assessment. The main objective of this temporary position is to support the Strategy team to develop strategic recommendations for all CIEE Outbound Exchanges business lines to reach their growth goals.CIEE is seeking an energetic Strategy Intern/ Temp with the ability to conduct and analyze primary and secondary research for study abroad programs, such as competitor and market data, create high-quality findings reports feeding strategic recommendations.The Strategy Intern/ Temp enjoys working in teams, as projects will be realized together with various departments from CIEE locations around the world.What you’ll do:
- Basic analysis and research (such as data evaluation, market research, competitor landscape reports, partner requested documentation).
- Program development projects including helping coordinate implementation of recommended new programs.
- Conduct assessments of the success and evaluation of new and existing programs.
- Provide additional support on various CIEE strategic projects as needed and as appropriate.
What you’ll bring:The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree or upper level student in business administration or related field.
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Data entry skills/proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Asana knowledge.
- Solid presentation development and delivery skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have the flexibility to respond quickly and appropriately to changing circumstances and needs.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and phone skills.
- Work experience in higher education/ industry insights would be an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Native or near native English language proficiency, other language skills are an advantage.
- Readiness to grow and develop yourself, our client group, and our Company.
