If you are a Band 5 Dietitian with experience of working with individuals who have had a stroke and would like to specialise in the area this 12 month, 30 hour a week post might be for you.Chesterfield Royal Hospital is a district general hospital with specialist acute and rehabilitation stroke beds.We are a small, friendly and supportive team of 25, made up of Dietitians, Assistant Dietitian Practitioners, a Nutrition Support Nurse and Administrative staff.   • Experience of working with stroke
  • Significant postgraduate dietetic experience in an NHS in and outpatient setting
  • Significant experience of working with patient requiring oral nutrition support and enteral feeds
  • Experience of supervising students on practice placement

Skills and KnowledgeEssential

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner and as of a team
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
