Our ClientOur client, a leading elite US law firm, is experiencing an influx of high-profile and complex structured finance work and is seeking multiple Structured Finance Associates to help build out their growing London practice. Renowned for their expertise and innovative approach, this firm offers a fast-paced, high-calibre environment within a smaller, close-knit team, providing exceptional exposure and career development opportunities.The RoleAs a Structured Finance Associate, you will be involved in advising on sophisticated and high-value transactions across a broad range of structured finance areas. This includes CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, insurance-linked products, capital relief transactions, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions, and structured funds. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation, including loan agreements and intercreditor agreements, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.This position offers a rare opportunity to work on market-leading transactions, across various asset classes, and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic and highly regarded practice.Your ProfileEngland & Wales qualified solicitor (or equivalent), or a foreign-qualified lawyer with substantial UK experience in structured financeStrong expertise in financial documentation, intercreditor agreements, and leading on complex transactions.Experience in CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, insurance-linked products, capital relief transactions, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions, and/or structured funds will be highly beneficialExceptional academic credentials, analytical abilities, and an interest in financial markets.Excellent time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.For more information about this position, please get in touch with Luzaan De Wit.
