Job Summary Office of Enrollment Management is seeking a graphic design student to provide graphic design assistance to the offices within the Division of Enrollment Management that supports the University’s enrollment process.
Essential Functions
  • Provides support including graphics for web, social media, newsletters, publications, presentations and more.
  • Create a library of resources for use as templates for staff to use for marketing purposes.
  • Work within the University’s brand guidelines to effectively support the University’s enrollment efforts.
  • Focus on designing thoughtful solutions to reach the vast audiences within the University, primarily students, and create seamless, on-target communications.
Minimum Qualifications Enrolled Auburn University student with proven graphic design ability, strong writing skills and typography skills, and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), as well as Microsoft Office.
Expectations:

  • Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to meet deadlines.
  • Should be a student in Graphic Design and/or communications.
Preferred Qualifications Some writing, editorial, and photography skills would also be beneficial.
Pay Rate $12.00/hour
Work Hours 20 (hours are flexible)
City position is located in: Auburn
State position is located: Alabama
