About you: You are an experienced professional services administrator with a track record of coaching to provide high quality, agile, customer-focused support to our students. You combine expertise, knowledge and understanding of best practice in the delivery of effective student support and development across the student journey, with a commitment to promoting innovation and continuous improvement of activity. Committed and resilient, you enjoy working at pace and are comfortable with complexity and uncertainty. You have excellent communication and influencing skills and establish credibility quickly with staff and students at all levels. About Student Life & Student and Academic Services: From the first point of registration to graduation and beyond, our team of over 400 professional staff is committed to enhancing the student experience, and ensuring that every student is able to make the most of the extensive opportunities available throughout their journey. This is enabled by working closely with all areas of the University, the Students’ Union and a wide range of external stakeholders.
Our Campuses: These posts are based on our lively campuses (dependent on School location) where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed – with £300m having been invested recently on new state-of-the-art learning spaces and accommodation while incredible continue to be developed to enhance our offer even further. However, there will be times when travel to our other campuses may be required.

These posts are on a permanent basis, and are full-time working 37 hours per week. The posts are available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time.
