Job description

UCFB are seeking a Student Recruitment Officer (PG) who has a specific focus on driving leads through recruitment activity and supporting interested students wishing to study postgraduate university degrees at UCFB.A key focus will be supporting the Recruitment Team at events in the UK and Globally and assist prospective students by providing information on all aspects of the course and life at UCFB and guiding them to the application process, and through to enrolment.Key Tasks

  • Support the planning and delivery of student recruitment activities to maximise recruitment levels through the cycle
  • Support the recruitment team to increase the number of ‘feeder institutions’ to UCFB through pro-active networking in schools, colleges & HE Institutions
  • Support and be able to deliver online and in person presentations to a wide range of audiences on the benefits of UCFB
  • Support the recruitment team on the production of an annual calendar of events, plus statistical reports and competitor analysis and student recruitment statistics
  • Attend undergraduate Higher Education and Careers conferences and other similar events across the UK & Globally where required
  • Assist with Clearing, Enrolment, Graduation and other high-profile events across the institution
  • To support with the distribution of marketing materials at key times through the cycle, and prepare
