You’ll be collaborating with a cross-functional team of designers, content strategists, videographers, developers, and product managers to deliver the Bank’s digital publications and products. This position requires a deep understanding of the role video plays in communication today. You’ll be shooting, editing and developing engaging video content to support the Bank of Canada’s communications campaigns, both internally and externally.Your education and experience
To qualify, you need to be currently enrolled as student in a degree in television broadcasting, interactive multimedia, digital media or a related field at a college or university (undergraduate level). Additionally, you must be returning to school in the next academic term.Your knowledge and skillsadvanced understanding of video and photography tools and techniquesexperience with the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustratorgreat communication skills: frequent and clear communication is a mustself-driven work ethic: you need to be a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completioncuriosity and the desire to learn: our business is changing and growing fastflexibility is key: who knows what skills will solve the issues of tomorrow?if possilbe, please provide a portfolio of your workAssetsan understanding of the web, including HTML, JS and CSSbasic design/typography/UX skillsLanguage requirement
