The super-user role will support the existing EWM and WCS Project Team in delivering key project activities and deliverables. The super-user will gain significant knowledge in the new SAP – S4 & EWM systems being rolled out across the business in 2026.Key Outcomes
- Support, perform and document user acceptance testing acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support Business Simulation Testing across all physical warehouse facilities for the purpose of assessing application’s performance levels
- Supervise a team of General Operative for the purpose of warehouse commissioning and testing.
- Prepare the test stock for key warehouse testing scenarios.
- Support G2 warehouse validation activities, where appropriate
- Draft SOP’s and WI’s
- Train General Operatives in the new SOP’s and WI’s.
- Attend depots for go-live to support the roll-out of the new EWM system
- Use the existing QMS (Q-Pulse) – To review and change SOP’s and WI’s to reflect the process in the warehouse.
- Responsible for all test materials on site (i.e. POMs). Follow standard operating practices for the handling of test stock i.e adhere and implement Uniphar Inventory Controls.
- As part of a wider team, perform any User Acceptance Tests for all Stock Control functionality and processes (especially SOP’s and WI’s which will be adapted to suit new warehouse).
- Assist in other Operations User Acceptance Testing and associated processes (i.e 3-way-matching, post & Park of invoices, credit claim, DAS, SOPs\WI, Validation of GR vs S4 vs Principal Reporting, picking, replenishment, stock-adjustments etc)
Key Skills & Experiences
- People & Stakeholder Management – Ability to coordinate staff based on a dynamic testing plan. Comfortable engaging with a variety of different stakeholders (internal and external)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, while effectively manage problems as they occur.
- Organization and Time Management: With many deliverables being worked on in parallel, the role requires an excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time.
- Computer Literate: Experience using Warehouse Management Systems, Stock Management Systems and Microsoft tools. Comfortable using new systems.
- Problem-solving: Challenges will arise between commencing the role and the successful go-live of the project. Being able to assess problems and propose solutions will be important in this role.

Due to the expected key outcomes associated with this role by its nature it will be a role based out of one of our offices across the UK or Ireland. There will be an element of hybrid working available, but this role will also involve travel to our global sites.
