Responsibilities
– Open and close the shop independently.
– Delegating staff members and making sure high quality customer service is delivered to each and every customer.
– Working as part of the management team to run a successful retail store.
– Creating and going over KPI reports to monitor financial performance and making sure the brand is ahead of targets.
– Visual merchandising to suit current stock, as well as the current season.
– Addressing customer issues and create soloutions that suit both the customer and the brand.
– The hiring of new staff, including interviews, key training and monitoring probationary periods.
