You’ll assist in leading and coaching our Store Colleagues and act as a role model for world class customer service.You will assist in driving financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy and ensure full compliance with health and safety.To become a Health & Wellness specialist you’ll embark on a training programme that includes our “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert” qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.THE PERSONTo be successful, we’d like you to show us that you have:
- Previous retail experience
- Organisation and planning skills to lead a team of colleagues daily
- Excellent communication
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment
- Passion and enthusiasm for our products
- The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
- The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results
