Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Supervisor ReconciliationWhat will you do?

  • Supervising team of 7 full time employees to ensure uninterrupted day to day work flow
  • Team’s duties include, daily recon of cash, positions and cost between accounting system i.e. SS&C system (Pacer) and custody systems (mostly Broadridge), performance review using rate of return calculation (Persys), and outliers investigation
  • Becoming an SME for all team procedures and become a GoTo person for the team members for issue resolutions.
  • Review sometime urgent inquiries from internal client to ensure timely response
  • Through investigation coordinate with other OPS /support teams for problem escalation.
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment. Actively listen, demonstrate empathy and support mental health & well-being
  • Delivers Personal and Team Performance

What do you need to succeed?Must-have

  • Experience in Reconciliation
  • People Management experience
  • Strong technical Skills (including excel and data mapping know how)
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Written & Verbal communication skills
  • Attention to Detail

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Broadridge systems (BTS, MRGN, ZCBA etc)
  • Knowledge of SS&C Systems (Pacer, Persys, Vertex)
  • Knowledge of Client link
  • Experience with large financial institution.
