Boojum is a network of award winning, fast-casual, Mexican restaurants across Ireland, Northern Ireland and England.We are looking for dynamic, experienced Supervisors to join the teams as we continue to grow our network of restaurants.The successful candidate will be placed on a thorough training program and be fully supported in their role and continuous development.We place a huge focus on development and have an 80% internal promotion to manager rate so you and this role will grow with us.Why Boojum?

– Absence managementRequirements
Experience in a team lead position, ideally hospitality or retail
A no-compromise approach to food safety, food quality and customer service
Experience with stock management
A hands on and motivational attitude to management
