  • Undertaking or coordinating data analytics and developing and preparing ad hoc, routine, or specialized/sensitive forecasts, reports, and briefings for supply chain management (e.g., compliance reports, KPIs, audit reports, etc.).
  • Investigating, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to develop enterprise reports, preparing charts, graphs, process flows, forecasts and projections, and presentations of moderate complexity, and providing recommendations.
  • Translating and communicating insights from datasets using narratives and visualizations to inform understanding and support decision-making, including client solutions.
  • Defining, analyzing, validating, and translating requirements into systems application design to improve the completeness and accuracy of CRM data systems for data capture and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborating with the supply chain team to identify improvements, exploring and evaluating options, coordinating enhancements and process maps, undertaking testing requirements, and implementing modules and solutions.
  • Conducting and participating in special/sensitive projects to improve the quality and integrity of gathered data and/or processes.
  • Maintaining and being accountable for a range of administrative and technical documents and updating the document and knowledge repository (e.g., approved supplier list).
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager.

What we are looking for:

  • Education
  • Completion of a post-secondary education in business administration, commerce, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Critical and creative thinking, problem recognition, analysis, innovation, adaptation, and solution development in a supply chain program and delivery environment.
  • Decision-making, articulation of rationales, and evaluation of consequences in relation to continuous improvement of supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply management, business planning, and reporting methodologies.
  • Computer programming, query languages, and internet-based data visualization platforms e.g., Power BI reporting and dashboards.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems knowledge, developing and implementing systems, programs and processes to monitor and analyze data.
  • Knowledge of best practices and applications for presentation design and data storytelling.
  • Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices.
  • Security Clearance Eligibility Required
  • Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s “Standard on Security Screening” and the “Policy on Government Security.
