This role offers an exceptional chance to dive deep into various facets of the supply chain, including procurement, planning, purchasing, sales administration.As the backbone of our Supply Chain Department, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless operations and efficient communication with suppliers.   • Providing administrative assistance across the Supply Chain Department.
  • Managing the initiation and documentation of shipment requests.
  • Coordinating sample requests and organising laboratory tests for VAVE initiatives.
  • Tracking and addressing customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Overseeing shipment arrangements to ensure timely delivery alignment.
  • Liaising with hauliers to obtain quotations and plan deliveries effectively.
  • Generating necessary documentation for orders based on customer specifications.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with suppliers for seamless operations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
  • Documenting and reporting special deliveries accurately.
  • Handling various paperwork tasks efficiently.
  • Creating comprehensive stock reports to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Being ready to cover for other team members during holiday periods upon completing training.
