The VacancyRSK Group currently has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator to work within the Group Sales and Business Development Department’s Registrations Support Team. This is a full time (40 hours) 12-month FTC and follows a hybrid working model based in the Helsby office for part of the week and from home for the remainder.The team provides a central support function, helping the Group to demonstrate its compliance with various supply chain pre-qualification requirements, in order to work for its clients.You will enable RSK to qualify for work in specific sectors and with individual clients, working closely with business development teams and across all RSK divisions. As you gain experience, you will have increasing responsibility and opportunities to develop how the team supports business needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting RSK to be effectively represented on industry pre-qualification e-procurement portals such as Achilles, Constructionline and RISQS.
  • Registering on e-procurement portals and supporting the completion of client pre-qualification questionnaires using company details and answering questions relating to company-wide compliance information such as safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ), equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), financial and corporate responsibility and sustainability (CR&S) etc.
  • Maintaining relationships with the clients that RSK are approved suppliers for by alerting them to updated RSK compliance information when required.
  • Maintaining records on RSK systems of e-procurement portal accounts and details of the clients RSK are approved suppliers for.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams.

Person Specification:

  • Ideally, you will be educated to degree level or have the equivalent relevant experience.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work reliably as part of a team and independently.
  • You will display excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • You will pay attention to details and be capable of identifying and understanding the implications of changes and communicating them effectively both to team members and potentially, across the wider group.
