Job Title: Supply Chain PlannerDepartment: Supply ChainReports To: Supply Chain Team LeaderSummary:The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on supply chain data for Keylite Roof Windows. This includes data on item cards, inventory levels, order fulfilment, transportation, and costs. The Planner will also process orders and track shipments.Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyse supply chain data from a variety of sources, including ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track supply chain performance.
- Make recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process orders and track shipments.
- Manage stock levels in warehouse locations and place replenishment orders with suppliers.
- Identify trends and patterns in the data to make recommendations.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers about order status.
- Resolve any issues that arise with orders or shipments.
- Work with other supply chain team members to ensure that the supply chain is running smoothly. This may involve coordinating with sales, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Maintain data integrity and security.
- Provide cover within the team for holiday absences when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with supply chain software systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
