Support Worker Job descriptionThe Pastures Day Service in Goole supports Adults with learning disabilities, Physical disabilities, Autism, older persons and those with additional needs.We are currently seeking dynamic, positive individuals to join our team at The Pastures, a multi-purpose day service based in Goole. We have a number of hours available so welcome applicants looking for part time hours up to 35 hours per week. The position is for 12 months.

If you can answer yes and you have a fun, motivated, positive, and energetic personality then this is the job for you.We support individuals to access their local community and support within the day service engaging in meaningful activities which promote independence and have a positive impact on their health and wellbeing.A day in the life of a Support Worker within The Pastures Day Services includes planning, overseeing and supporting group activities, liaising with family, carers and professionals, completing administration work including session notes and using technology e.g. for training, accessing Microsoft Teams and sending emails.As a Support worker you will be required to support vulnerable adults within our service.
