The Joint Community Rehabilitation service is at the heart of care in the community. Our teams assist older adults after an illness or injury get back to independence in their own home. Working alongside other professionals, you may initially be providing some personal care, helping with therapy exercises, and giving emotional support to help clients regain the skills and confidence they need to manage these everyday tasks themselves.

There are permanent contracts available ranging from 16 to 30 hours per week*.

Note: a driving licence and access to a car is required and the role involves working shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Working Pattern

Week 1 – Week total = 37hrs

Monday 7am – 11am then 6pm – 9.30pm = 7.5hrs

Tuesday 7am – 11am then 5.30pm – 9.30pm = 8hrs

Wednesday 7am – 11am then 6.30pm – 9pm = 6.5hrs

Thursday Day off

Friday Day off

Saturday 7am – 11am then 5pm – 10pm = 9hrs

Sunday 7am – 1pm = 6hrs

Week 2 – Week total = 35hrs

Monday 7am – 1pm – 6hrs

Tuesday 7am – 11am then 6pm – 9.30pm = 7.5hrs

Wednesday 7am – 1pm = 6hrs

Thursday 7am – 11am then 6pm – 9.30pm = 7.5

Friday 7am – 11am then 5pm – 9pm = 8hrs

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
