We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.What you’ll doBased in the Sustainable Business team, the key responsibility of this role is to support the delivery of specific programmes and partnerships including:

  • Assisting the management of strategic relationships and partnerships with internal business departments as well as community, voluntary and not for profit organisations;
  • Oversee and manage the operational delivery of projects within the everyone.connected programme
  • Develop and maintain resources and assets on everyone.connected, including programme updates, achievements and internal
  • Monitoring and evaluation of programmes including reporting on delivery of our strategy both internally and externally; and
  • Assisting the team to delivering an effective engagement strategy across the UK and wider Vodafone business to drive improved understanding of Purpose programmes among employees.

Who you are

  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and creation of powerpoint slides, ability to simplify complexity
  • Able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external
  • Good analytical skills, including proficient use of Excel to deliver measurement and reporting of programmes
  • Growth mindset, open to taking on new challenges and identifying and implementing business improvement activities
  • Team player, willing to share experience as well as collaborate and support colleagues
  • Experience working in a sustainable business / social impact / CSR team or with the third sector, working in a social enterprise, with charity partnerships and/or with impactful community programmes is preferred.
