Together, let’s build a brighter, healthier future for all.We are looking for a highly motivated Global Responsible Sourcing Manager to join the Global Procurement team! This position will support our Global Sustainability Strategy by building and leading a holistic suppliers’ sustainability due diligence strategy and integrate it in Colgate’s Strategic Sourcing decisions.This position will also lead specific global responsible sourcing programs including our supplier audit programs for operational compliance across all Colgate Divisions and Categories.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Support our Responsible Sourcing plans through the following:Ensure full integration of suppliers sustainability due diligence in each step of the Colgate Strategic Sourcing process.Develop and globally coordinate process, tools and digital platforms to track and improve suppliers’ sustainability performance and compliance.Boost capability and knowledge across Colgate’s Global Procurement Organization and other stakeholders around sustainable sourcing.Engage with the NGO sector and industry networks on key issues relating to sustainable sourcing.Collaborate with key suppliers to track and improve their sustainability performance.Lead Colgate Enhanced Supplier management (ESM) program globally jointly with Global Quality.Lead Colgate Supplier Responsible Sourcing Assessment (SRSA) program globally.Lead others Colgate Responsible Sourcing global programs including Mica and Conflict Minerals.Support tracking and reporting on progress for above programs.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sustainability or relevant fieldMinimum 6 years work experience in Procurement or SustainabilityPREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field

Curious mindset with strong interest in identifying and understanding new trends.Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.Strong strategic and analytical skills.Ability to build relationships and work with internal and external stakeholders.Passion for corporate social responsibility, supplier engagement, and sustainable sourcing.Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $128,000.00 – $150,000.00 USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee’s hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
