Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?You will provide operational and administrative service support to a portfolio of the bank’s UK and European syndicated loans. This role will work EMEA business hour shifts.What will you do?The bank acts as Agent to syndicated credit facilities with multiple banks and lenders, the primary objective of the position is to provide day-to-day administration of these credit facilities in an efficient and professional mannerThe role includes:Process transactions upon request from assigned clients in accordance with the relevant Credit AgreementProcess loan principal, interest and fee transactions as required by the Credit AgreementAssist with the daily reconciliation of the Agency internal accounts by following up for missing or excess fundsMaintain the bank’s records and databasesWork with other team members to deal with complex queries, contribute to IT or other projects, and resolving any issues as requiredProvide support for the growth of RBC Capital Markets lending business in UK and Continental Europe.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveUniversity degree or equivalentMinimum 1-2 years of experience in loan administrationExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent computer literacyExcellent numeracy skillsStrong organizational and time management capabilities.
