EP is undergoing a digital transformation using Agile, Analytics, GPT and Low-Code / No-Code applications.The Business Technology department is seeking a highly motivated Co-Op / Intern to join our team. As the BT Co-Op, you will play a critical role in the assessment, design and rollout of digital tools / processes in the support of our EP Business Unit.You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

• Learn the Siemens EP Digital Transformation processes and Tools
• Partner with our Business Technology and Customer Teams to assess business requirements
• Develop new analytics capabilities using tools like Tableau, KNIME, Mendix and Siemens GPT
• Train and support the user community, following the successful rollout of tools / analytics
• Support our Siemens EP Business Technology Process Experts:

• Partner with the internal customers within the EP Business Unit to support and optimize their business processes and technology
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria as a part of the Scaled Agile Process
• Engage with EP Systems Business stakeholders, Global Counterparts, and IT Teams in support of the EP Business
• Partner closely with IT resources to address process improvement opportunities, solve problems and prevent recurrence
• Utilize data analytics to monitor process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Similar area of study.
• Proficient with MS 365 Suite (e.g. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel)

• Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to learn new technologies and processes in a short timeframe
• Problem-Solving: Aptitude for problem analysis and resolution.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure culture
• Enthusiastic and eager to take responsibility and initiative
• Previous experience with:

• Agile / Scaled Agile
• The Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, JSM)
• Tableau, Knime, Mendix, GPT
• SAP Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP SD, PP, Variant Configuration
• Prior working experience in Low Voltage Electrical Manufacturing Industry
