We are looking for a Bilingual Fixed Term Talent Acquisition Coordinator who possesses fluency in both Spanish and English and is adept at supporting recruitment in the US and South America. Reporting to the Team Lead, TA USA & South America and working in a collaborative community within a diverse Talent Acquisition team, you will be:

  • Provide exceptional and proactive experience for our candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Talent Team to drive talent acquisition efficiencies and performance.
  • Working closely with the recruiting team to ensure all interviews are confirmed and, if applicable, interview feedback is received.
  • Documenting, tracking, and maintaining records and the status of engagements/ requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Partnering with the recruiting team to ensure project metrics are achieved.
  • Performing various administrative duties that support the talent acquisition function.
  • Other duties and additional projects as assigned by Talent Acquisition Lead

What you’ll bring

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English is a prerequisite for this position.
  • Strong communication skills and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, tech savvy, and curiosity
  • Good command of social media tools usage (LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other HR systems i.e., SAP.
  • Knowledge and experience with Workday preferred.
  • Ability to partner with the HR teams to harmonize the hiring process.
  • Experience in the mining industry is an asset.

Where you’ll be working

Our Kennecott mine is a world-class, fully integrated copper mining operation, including a concentrator, smelter, and refinery, located just outside Salt Lake City, Utah, in the United States. Kennecott has been mining and processing minerals from the rich ore body of the Bingham Canyon Mine since 1903 and is one of the top producing mines in the world, comprising approximately 11 percent of U.S. annual copper production.
