The Trailhead program is the start of your epic journey at Critical Mass. During your initial 12-weeks, you will embark on a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, and how we make award-winning work with our clients. At Critical Mass, our Talent Operation Coordinator is an expert collaborator and someone who produces high-quality and client-focused results. They are someone who enjoys continually improving core operations within recruitment, optimizing user experience through process and technology, and educating and training user teams and partners. If you are customer-service focused and driven with a meticulous eye for detail, then this is the role for you!
You Will:
- Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to various teams within Critical Mass. Referring to recruiters and other team members as appropriate.
- Provide a high level of support to the Talent organization by responding to questions, issues, and needs.
- Work closely with TA Operations partners to troubleshoot, streamline, and improve Talent Acquisition processes, programs, and systems.
- Become a subject matter expert in our Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Including, but not limited to requisition updates, system changes, enhancing functionality, and identifying system opportunities.
- Ensure that all information and conversations are held with a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist with managing onboarding and administrative tasks for employees and vendors joining and exiting Critical Mass
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will report to the Talent Operations Associate Manager.
