Stantec’s UK & Ireland business has grown significantly in recent years and the Talent Acquisition team have played an important role in supporting our continued expansion. With over 4,000 talented professionals across our UK & Ireland business and further plans for expansion in 2025 and beyond, this is an exciting time to join us.To support further growth across our Regulated Water Sector ahead of the AMP8 cycle, we are seeking two Talent Acquisition Specialists to join the team.This is an end-to-end role where you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, advising on best practice and recruiting across numerous disciplines in our water sector.You will devise direct sourcing strategies and work with our sourcing team in the development of our candidate pipelines and talent communities for future requirements. You will play a key role in delivering a great candidate experience.This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you will have the opportunity to play a key part in Stantec’s ambitious growth plans.About YouYou are an experienced Talent Acquisition practitioner with a successful track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have some Construction/Engineering experience.You are potentially in an agency environment looking to move in-house or perhaps you’re currently an in-house recruiter looking to further develop your career.You enjoy working in a high-volume recruitment function and have a track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels.
