We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with the skills to find top talent in the German-speaking market. If you’re eager to make a lasting impact and benefit from a rewarding career, our client is seeking a talented, in-house recruiter to join their dynamic team in Dublin.Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment from sourcing to offer.
- Building Talent Pools to ensure future needs of the company
- Manage stakeholders and partner with hiring managers to ascertain needs.
- Conduct interviews over phone, video, and in-person with candidates.
- Support and promote the company’s employer branding initiatives.
- Do relevant market research and stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within the German-speaking job market.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management,
Skills
- Excellent level of written and spoken German language skills are essential. Strong proficiency in English is also required,
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good experience in sourcing through a variety of channels.
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
- Stakeholder Management
- Organisational Skills
- Comfortable working with recruitment technology, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
- Cultural awareness of the nuances and employment laws specific to the German market.
